I am thrilled by the excellent customer service and attention that I received. Tom was wonderful and easy to work with, and he made my transaction painless. There is also an excellent selection of loose stones and jewelry to choose from. I will definitely do business here again!

I found the store to have a nice variety of items. They were very helpful. I don't have a great deal of knowledge about jewelry, but they gave me information and spent the time needed so I felt very good about my purchase. Not pushy. I also feel it was a fair price especially compared to other places I have shopped.

I sold some jewlery and the owner Tom was very helpful. I was offered more at Norman Gold & Diamonds than anywhere else. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They also had a beautiful selection of jewlery to sell.

I had a GREAT experience at this store. Tom, the owner was very helpful in choosing a pair of loose diamonds, at a very fair price. While I was in there another person came in to sell some gold, and they told him he (Tom) gave them 2 times the amount that they were offered at a Pawn shop. The shop is new and clean.

If you're looking to get cash for your gold then this is the place. New building, clean facility, friendly staff, and better prices than the pawn shop or the Internet dealers. Trust me. I checked.
