Worst property manager ever. This woman changed the payment system from a Zelle app (because it's difficult for her to use an app) to a check format and first time during the change, payment went through late and that was the only "late" payment in 3+ years. When we left the apartment, this specimen charged us "late fees", from the security deposit and the amount is more than the contract suggests. Texted her about it, but won't respond! Hands down the worst property manager I've ever dealt with. From extensive water damage, termites, mold, etc., no problem was ever dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend working with a different broker/property manager.

Please note: A specific property managed by this agent in Los Angeles on 58th Place may be misrepresented unless repairs unknown to the renter are discussed prior ( very important). The place literally needs to remain vacant until inspectors have completed a thorough inspection (heater, plumbing, roof) etc. The location may appear one way, but it is certainly in need of major repairs.
