I am worried about Dr. Perales' clinical documentation. She does not want to continue the medication other providers in the U.S. or outside the U.S. have been prescribing. There was no clinical documentation. Her staff said medical tests ordered are not part of the clinical records. What? She confirmed this from the back. But personal views were well written. That is not good. There was nothing documented about the reason why I went to her in the first place.
My dr , dr Perales is kind knowledgeable and I feel so glad to be in the care of her for having her as my primary care doc She helped me focus on my main problem/ fear my severe asthma & allergies Thx dr Perales and staff!!
She is very knowledgeable and listens well. She gave recommendations for natural remedies as well as pharmaceutical ones and explained all possible outcomes. Loved it ! Thank you
