I'm so happy to have Dr. Perales as my family doctor !! I'm very picky about health care for myself and don't like to take medications if at all possible. Outstanding family medicine doctor. Dr. Perales communicates with you to learn about your illness, overall health, and your goals for improving your diet, exercise, and self-care. She runs the 3-doctor practice and has put together an excellent support staff who are polite, efficient, and happy to answer your questions. The spacious and comfortable waiting room, offices, and exam rooms also include a full Sonora Quest blood lab that you may choose if you need blood or urine tests. It’s not easy these days to find a physician like Dr. Perales. I’m very particular about health professionals and am very happy I discovered her after moving to AZ a year ago.
Not only have I been a patient of Norma's for years. My family does as well. I've referred friends to her also. My health has improved a great deal since having her as one of my Drs.
I can’t stress enough how I love this office. The staff is wonderful. Ellie at he front desk always polite and smiling and willing to help. They work you in on an urgent visit. The office is always extremely clean and neat. Dr. Perales has an awesome bedside manner and always listens to you and what you are feeling. Compassion and intelligence is what I get from my visits with her. I recommend her 110%.

I've been a patient of Dr. Perales' for several years. I feel so lucky to have found her. She is thorough, caring and takes action immediately on my symptoms. At the same time, she takes a careful and conservative approach. So we try one thing and if that doesn't work, we try the next. I like that because there's less risk of overmedicating when it's not necessary. Office staff is awesome and facility is very nice and clean.
Great first/new patient appointment. Very down to earth and gave very helpful information. Very aware and explained insurance issues that arise and how she tries not to inconvenience her patients.
Did nothing for me, the va is more helpful, and that's sad.
