Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

P.A. Palacios is one of the nicest I've ever seen, the staff at the clinic are rude and they actually turned me away once when my daughter was sick and told me to come back after 5:30. I was not going to have my child wait till they felt like treating her. I will only be back as a last resort and hopefully they will feel like taking care of us.

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway

Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments 

Tired of waiting

While the night clinic is convenient, the wait time is ridiculous. Even having an aappointment, it is always at least two hours. I also never have seen the doctor but a PA each time, and while the PAs are friendly, I've never seen the same one twice. Hence, I would not recommend the clinic.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great
