I HAVE BEEN SEEN AT BOTH OF DOCTOR NORMA IGLESIAS CLINICS. THE PATIENT CARE IS AWESOME.THE STAFF DO THEIR VERY BEST TO SPEED WAIT TIME. TRUST WORTHY AND CARING . AND THATS WHAT WE ALL SEEK WHEN SICK.
While the doctor and PAs are wonderful their nurses and Dinora, the office manager, are very unprofessional and ineffective. I had to make my own referral and Dinora said that it was the patient's responsibility in looking for a doctor and making the referral.; she then hung up on me and didn't want to hear what I had to say anymore. When I call, I am in over 20-minute holds, and I have been trying to get prior authorization for over 3 days. The staff lacks, training, professionalism, customer service, and knowledge.
The staff & clinic was so polite & the PA's & Dr. are wonderful. I will continue to go & recommend their trust & care for your health as I did.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
