The steak wasn't much bigger than the bacon
I was there yesterday and witnessed the most friendliest staff, attentive with superb customer service. The manager was actually cleaning tables along with the other employees didn’t mind getting his hands dirty. He was involved in making sure customers were getting in and out efficiently. Food was delicious. Although it’s far from where I live I would go back just because of the awesome team work of employees treating more like family.
I loved my food BUT when I went to pay the floor manager quickly rang up the bill . Didn't ask about the reward . He said sorry there was nothing he could do since it was applied to my card. Really. My rewards expires saturday.so there goes 7.99

ALWAYS a good time at Norm's!! GREAT service and excellent vibe every meal we have. I have been going regularly for 6 years since March 2012 as I host karaoke at the New Wave Bar across the street and have had many a meal after my show in the wee hours of the morning - and sobered up with that excellent Norm's coffee far many more times than I would like to admit ;^)
