Not a Norms I ever plan on going to ever again. Placed an order to go and 25 mins later I am still waiting. I paid for my food as I ordered it and they apparently never even put it in with the hostess just looking at me not caring and telling me to wait 10 more mins. Honestly terrible service because you can tell they rarely care. I am a huge fan of the Norms chain since I love the food but this is seriously a way to get someone to never want to come back. It's been awhile since I've been there. Place is always crowded, but the food is really good
Service has horrible (Juan) he took the order brought my friend her food and never returned until we got the check! Wtf I had to good look for my order! Get my own napkins, find the condiments I needed Hell it was pretty much self serve after the order taking...
On the East Coast places like this are called Diners. Value, portions and good food.
I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Service quick, once we were seated. Always know it's a great restaurant when there's a wait and there's people waiting!!!! ��
