Cheap and Good Norms is often open when all other restaurants are closed. Kind of run down but feels clean and is inexpensive. Food is good and there is a lot of variety.
Use to be one or Norms best...Now the worst – Want good service...don't go here. Want good food...don't go here. This Norms has really deteriorated. Went there on 5-24-06 with my Mom with coupon in hand, to have their serloin steak & shrimp dinner. After we sat ourselves and waited over 10 minutes without seeing a waiter/waitress I went looking for one.
