Awful. The worst
The worst office I have had to deal with in my entire life. They owe me money from 8 and 9 months ago. Horrible office management!
A simple appointment with this doctor takes half a day. She is much too "thorough." She will dig to find minor things that your child does wrong and graphically tell them how those things can lead to their death. Just ridiculous.
This is very difficult office to deal with and we always have had very long wait-even though there is rarely anyone else waiting. There are many really good pediatricians in the Boca area and I would avoid dealing with the hassle of this practice.
Great doc! Takes her time and extremely thorough
Dr. Ocampo is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, personable, caring, and my daughter loves her! Her office staff (front desk) and organization on the other hand is atrocious. They have no clue what they are doing, there is a mistake every time I go there. For that reason, it is painful to say this because of how awesome Dr. Ocampo is, but I would avoid this office and the headache that comes with it.
She's very nice and seems to really like kids and her job. Quite thorough. Admin though is pretty bad. Front desk person hides behind a glass window, like its the DMV, and seems annoyed to be disturbed. Wait times can be very long; 30-60 minutes and when you have kids that is hard to deal with as you get stressed for getting them back to school. Website to make appointments only works sometimes. Good doc but admin makes it too much sometimes.
Dr. O'Campo is the most wonderful, loving doctor. She has cared for my teenage children since they were infants. With her fantastic personality and bright smile, she been their biggest supporter to help them succeed and stay safe in their schools, summer camps, travels and sports. She is there for me too answering questions and providing clear explanations, She personally returns calls and follows up. She goes "the extra mile" every time.. She is the best pediatrician!
I met Dr. O'Campo last week for the 1st time with my child for a checkup. She actually took the time to sit down and interview me and my daughter about her history and my family's and then did a complete thorough exam and answered all questions without rushing us! I was astonished! She didn't have 1 foot out the door like my previous doctor(s) always did. This is how a pediatrician should act! And she is solo so she will always be the one to see my children. Old fashioned pediatrics! Thank you!
