Dr Ocampo was pleasant, charming and comforting. It was joyous to be in the capable hands of hers since I was a month old to now 18 years of age.
Dr. Ocampo is warm and kind, she explains the treatment and puts you at ease, and offers educational materials in conjunction with the services she provides. She is an excellent physician!
I just had such a negative experience at this office, I had to share so you can save yourself my frustration. We are a first time patient. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to see the doctor. When arrived, couldn’t check in, receptionist was not doing her job. Waited for over 30 minutes to check in just to be told I don’t have an appointment. What? Extremely difficult office staff. She was my pediatrician for 18 years. Now I need surgery and am simply asking for my past records for a surgery I had when I was under her care. Called her office talked to Shasha 3 times to finally be told I had to send a medical release form to my current doctor who needed to submit it to them. I sent the signed form to my current doctor and they sent it to Dr. Ocampo's office two weeks ago but Dr,. Ocampo office is denying my record request. She is such a delightful person, I started out taking my older daughter because I did not like going to Pediatrics and associates and seeing a new doctors every time. She now is the Primary doctor for my 3 children and always provides excellent service and gives us as parent great advice on how to best help our children when they are under the weather
Dr. Ocampo is the best. If you’re looking for a doctor to have great bedside manner, be extremely knowledgeable and to be in an office visit is only one doctor, this is the place to go. Dr O’ Campo spends as much time as her patients need her to, which, these days, is very rare. Our son has been seeing Dr. Ocampo since birth & he's now 12. She truly cares & always takes her time to explain things & answer questions. Very down to earth & personable. We love Dr Ocampo!!
Dr. O'Campo has been my children's excellent pediatrician for many years. She has a sweet, friendly personality and a caring heart. She has been one of the amazing “heroes” who cared for my children and all of her young patients during the past year of the Covid-19 crisis, with incredible dedication and grace. No no no do not go to Dr Ocampo! She is the worst. Her office screws everything up, very very inefficient and the dr is very weird and inappropriate.
