The front desk lady just ignores me for around 10 minutes and continues to talk about her hometown with someone else and then heavily sighs when I try to book an appointment…. Saying she’s the only one working the front today. — Staff is all over the place BSing and looking busy doing nothing. Ask for an appointment and suddenly you’re the inconvenience.
Called the Norfolk VA number, talked to a trauma nurse and made an appointment for 130. Showed up to find out the lady screwed up and scheduled for the 20th. Made another one for an hour later. 15 minutes past and they said they were behind schedule and couldn't get to me. This isn't the first time they have let me down, maybe if I died someone would actually do something to fix this place
