The Latino Festival was an awesome event. The music, food & drinks were excellent and such a great diverse crowd.
The. Jazz was Great food court was horrible! !!! The line was too long !!did. Not have enough vendors. For Food.
Not please with Festevents--- standing in line for an hour for tickets to Norfolk Jazz Festival. Doors open at 5 pm for a 5:15 Showtime....that's ridiculous. It's crowded, hot, and no bathrooms.
