Great service. I love my dentist. Logan was my hygienist. She was amazing. Very professional. Explained everything. I don't want anyone else to clean my teeth.
They like to wait until just before your scheduled appointment to start checking your insurance. In my situation, my insurance has been listed on the site for well over a year of me knowing about them. Not one phone call said they did not take my insurance. They call to verify if I'm coming, I verify, I hang up and less than 10s later I receive a text claiming I have to pay out of pocket. I've been going here for the last few years and I've always had a good experience. Dr. Detweiler and every hygienist I've encountered have been kind and non-judgemental. They've also taken the time to provide thorough patient education whenever relevant, which is very important to me.
The entire staff was me amazing. So kind,I felt so relaxed and cared for like I was a family member. Highly recommend
