Horrible experience with billing office
My insurance covered our bill in full and I have been trying to get refunded for the $400 I paid for 2 years now. All I get is a new excuse or ignored. VERY unprofessional and I know I’m not the only one getting screwed by them.
Can’t get anyone to call me about a payment that was sent to them over 3 years ago and I’ve been. Calling everyday.
