Get a mold check Very unprofessional, wish I would have gone with a more trusted broker/agent such as Gregorio or Busby. It was my mistake for hiring an agent (rebecca brownlee) that only works as an agent part time. Also my mistake for not insisting the mold inspection be done (barbara told me it was not necessary)
Go elsewhere if seeking professional agents No one wants an agent that only cares about closing the deal so they can have their commission check. Find an agent who cares about the type of home you get put into.
