Dr. Risse and staff are excellent! Very thorough, caring, warm/ friendly.
It was our first visit to Norcross Dental. The hygienist did a great and thorough job, and I was impressed with Dr. Risse. We are happy with our new dental office and staff.
RecommendedI was visiting family from out of state and my daughter was complaining about discomfort from her wisdom teeth being taken out. I called Norcross Dental Associates at 12 pm on a Friday; when they close at 2 and they were able to see my daughter at 1 that same day.
My first time at this practice. Moved from out of state and found this office near me. I guess I’m just used to my previous dentist and the attentiveness and timeliness because when it came to appts., my previous practice was right on time. My appt was at 10 with Norcross Dental and I didn’t get called back until 10:30. I didn’t leave until around noon. They make going to the dentist easy. I always get called back on time, it is never painful, and they communicate well as to what is going on, how to follow up, etc.
Love all the staff (front desk fantastic!), the hygenists and Dr. Risse! We come a long way to stay with this practice! It's worth it. Only Dr. we haven't changed since moving an hour away.
My hygienist was very personable and thorough.
Service has been terrible in the last couple of visits. One Dentist 🦷, Dr. Stephanie Lemus says a filling and another Dr. Kirstin Risse says crown. X-Rays they took earlier appear to be difficult for both dentists to understand. And the difference is $600 for me to pay with no clear explanation🤦♀️😤
When I first went to Norcross Dental Associates, I was a nervous wreck. After a few treatments, the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Now my visits are easier to manage and my overall health is on track for success.
