I have used David with NorCal Property Management, Inc to manage my willow Glen San Jose home for the past 6 years. I always get my rental income on time. Maintenance is at a minimum because he picked great tenants and the house is still in fantastic condition. I highly recommend NorCal Property Management for your property management needs.

Norcal Properties and David Krause are not ethical. An improper late fee and a bogus fee for carpet cleaning from a construction company were withheld from our deposit. I’ve been a home owner and recent renter in Silicon Valley for over 35 years. In business I’ve found that 80% of the people you work with are trustworthy and the other 20% are just out to screw you.
