They forgot to install a Steering Stabilizer on my truck I drove around for 9 months like that. Terrible Death Wobble one day almost sent me through a wall. They wouldn't get me in for weeks and wanted to charge me for everything I took it to another shop who immediately found the problem. Then all the sudden Norcal wanted to get me in right away to fix their mistake. They also charged me for work they didn't do on the Re-Torque which I'm lucky I caught and they had to send me a refund check for that. I do not recommend them... read more
What a great group of guys.
Came in to look at a truck, was greeted by one of the guys (super friendly) handed me the keys and told me to make my self at home. Took the truck for a drive and came to buy it. Justin was on it! looked a 10+ trucks today and hands down these guys only have the best trucks around! 5 stars across the board from us. even bought a new hitch from them too. killer service, good looking vehicles and a awesome showroom. these guys have it going on. Thanks again Justin and team!
Great shop! One of the best in Northern California. Very reasonable prices as well. Theres not many people other then myself I trust touching my truck let alone wrenching on it.
