I do not recommend renting with these "people." They ignore your emails and "voice mails" left with their answering service. I moved out and they charged me thousands for damages...when I called, to my surprise, I got Karen directly for once. I asked her for an itemized list of what was wrong, to which she said, it wasn't documented. I told her I could provide pictures of the damages before I had moved in, and the damages that were made by the company that came in to put new floors in. Kerber is a professional management company that is easy to work with. Very organized and use only quality contractors to keep their locations in great condition. When it comes to property management Kerber is the best option by far.
