Very disappointing. Hours would change and only be posted on a handwritten note at the entrance. How hard would it be to post on Facebook? Days would be closed as well because school started. (I don't attend school, don't see how that's my problem). I understand you have kids working here, but the membership fees are very steep to be run so poorly and without communication.
I spent $300+ for my membership and one time i have no possible way of getting my passes which are in my car that is in the shop they have the nerve to charge me a look up fee? Just to take 20 seconds of their time, they want to charge me? i wouldn't want the kid at the counter to have to look up from his phone for 5 seconds to assist me. Unbelievable. Definitely won't be back next season. Also the bathrooms smell horrible and are filthy.
I love it here. Very clean pool. Great staff. My kids love it
