Wonderful pool, location, grounds, and price.
Great community pool. I've been a member since 1994 when I brought my 5 year old son to Nor Gwyn. He learned to swim at this pool. I have a solo membership now and enjoy hanging out in the dedicated adult lanes. I like how strict they are with rules. With so many people at the pool, it is well organized and controlled well by the staff. Lots of activities in and out of the pool for children and adults.
After being a member at this pool for several years....I am very disappointed with Norgwyn. I was treated disrespectfully by the management, and the board had no resolve to look into my complaint. I received a refund back for my membership, which will never compensate for how I was made to feel...nor my children. The customer’s needs, are not of importance to this facility and neither is respect. I could in no way enjoy summer at a facility that didn’t respect me, my membership will reside elsewhere.
Great place, we finally got weather to go on Saturday and had a great time! I really like that they put up the umbrellas so you can get some shade as well as sun. Water is very clean and not too cold. Close to a park too.
Great size and particularly please with amount of "Shallower" space since our daughter is 7 and really just getting better at swimming. She had lots of room to play with her friends. Sadly Labor Day was the final day of the season but our family will again be members next summer!
My son and I enjoy the pool when we can. I'm glad there's a day fee instead of just buying a membership cause we dont go very offen. The pool is very clean, staff are very friendly just need more shaded areas.. And maybe a few more picnic tables..
I've been a member for 8 years..I love this place..staff is so nice and the pool is clean and well maintained..over the years a lot of friends have joined and come as guests..everybody loves it..great job guys
