Ordered the cauliflower bowl and there was barely any cauliflower, only rice.
I am always in the mood for Mexican and no one else in my family feels the same. So I was thrilled when they added nopalito to the mix in Los Gatos!
Been wanting the option of a lettuce base for the bowls for a while now so was SO excited when they launched the new salad!! Corn relish is great and dressing adds a nice zing perfect lunch time meal!!
I've had the bowls, burritos and tacos. My favorite is probably the bowls although I really liked the Taco Tuesday deal. I get the Tinga Chicken bowl most often. It's super flavorful. I like the tomato flavor in the rice, the cauliflower in bomb too. I usually add guac which is only $1. Great lunch option. I haven't tried the new salad but that looks bomb.
