Nootka and Sea is my favourite gift shop in Squamish; I love the smells and friendly staff! I’ve even used there on line site to send gifts to my family and friends across Canada…they make it so easy!
Order placed and never received despite calling and multiple emails. Told it shipped and didn't. Won't answer emails for refund. Poor treatment.
Best gift & flower shop in Squamish!
Like many of the other reviews here for online purchases, buyer beware! They have terrible customer service. They did not notify me that they couldn't fulfill my order until I repeatedly reached out to them two weeks after the purchase. At that point they said they would refund my purchase and still have not more than another two weeks later with no further email response. I've been forced to try to get my credit back through my bank due to their non-responsiveness. This is no way to run a business. They should stop offering... read more
