Unfortunately I had a bad online order experience. I had placed an order back in early April, it is now August. 2 weeks after placing the order, they let me know one candle was out of stock, I said I would like to wait for it to be back in stock. They said it would be back in stock within two weeks. By mid June I had received zero shipping or email updates. I emailed them but never heard back. Started calling them. So grateful to Mikki and Kira for helping my Aunt and I, in Ontario, get a special gift for my Uncle’s birthday sent to him while camping in Squamish! Thank you for helping us coordinate, organize and get the gift to him on a quick turn around! You went above and beyond and it’s most appreciated!

Nootka and Sea is my favourite gift shop in Squamish; I love the smells and friendly staff! I’ve even used there on line site to send gifts to my family and friends across Canada…they make it so easy!
Order placed and never received despite calling and multiple emails. Told it shipped and didn't. Won't answer emails for refund. Poor treatment.
