We love Dr. Shaheedy and her father. My son and daughter have been going to her since birth! I recently went for a check up for my son and the front desk staff was very unwelcoming, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask my son’s name. I offered all of that information prior to them saying anything upon me entering the office. It’s never been like this before and I don’t recognize the staff. Excellent attention, caring, professional, traditional yet up to date.
Great doctor, but the worst front desk. They are rude so if you’re willing to ignore that, the doctor and her dad are great!
Dr Shaheedy is a knowledgable and caring pediatrician. However, recent changes in her office environment have made the patient experience difficult. Her office's record-keeping and scheduling are disorganized and unprofessional. I hope she will be able to address these issues, after which, I recommend her as a competent physician.
She has always been very reliable, respectful and knowledgeable. She is overall a great doctor for my two boys.
