We ordered online for pick up. We got home to discover that there was no cheese on our Mac & cheese, and we didn’t get the three rice crispy bars that we paid for. I called within half an hour of picking up the food and the manager said she would send a coupon in the mail. A week went by and we didn’t receive anything, so I called again. I spoke to a different manager. She promised to mail the coupon right then. It has been two weeks and we have received nothing. Ridiculous
This is the 3rd time we've gone in over the last month where their systems have been down and they are only accepting cash. Last time, we had already placed our order and the system crashed when they swiped our card. We waited for 20 minutes and were told, "well, if you want to pay with cash we can finish your order"....and not even a single apology!!!
Do not go here if you are gluten free. Supposedly they have some dishes that are gluten free when you order with rice noodles. I ordered Penne Rosa with rice noodles tonight. My guess is they weren't careful with cross contamination. I definitely had gluten! I was so excited that I could still enjoy Noodles:(
Twice in two weeks my to-go order has been screwed up. When I have tried to call about it, nobody answers the phone. Asked to speak with the manager when I drove back in and was pretty much blown off. Definitely am going to take my business elsewhere.
No ice, no chicken on either salad! A big lose lose!
Very disappointed, I ask for Thai curry soup, and the cashier never told me they don't have it any more after 2 time trying with different order So sad, it was a great soup I was going there just to eat that 😂
Ordered ALFREDO MONTAMORE.. they packed raw mushrooms in it. Posted picture in comments..
