If you are a veteran do not go here. Very disrespectful to someone who fought for our country!!! One of the nurses hung up on me in mid sentence which is horrible customer service. She needs to attend some classes on how to treat people. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 20 years and have never encountered such rude people.
The staff are always courteous and kind and professional. Dr. Tran and his nurses frequently go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and treat their patients with the respect they deserve. If you're looking for courteous kind and professional staff then non-surgical Orthopedics is a good choice!!!

My personal experience with Non-Surgical Orthopaedics was excellent. The doctors are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Grasso. He has wonderful bedside manner. Everyone was professional each and every time I have gone to the practice. I also am a part of a research study coordinated by Gwen Barger, and she was able to help answer all my questions in the research study I took part in and received relief for my pain.
