Awesome customer service... Doctor actually hears what your saying. Autumn absolutely rocks! Such a big help getting things in order. Even if we "both" find the process .. obsolete..
The doctors & nurses give you however much time is needed to discuss your medial needs. You do not feel like you are being rushed & the doctors ask in depth your concerns & then put in place a plan to bring you back to better health. Non/Surgicals complete staff is very caring & really makes you feel as though you are there omly patient

I was contacted by the coordinator in the research department ( Kat) and given information about a study at the site. She was very thorough in explaining the details to me and made me feel comfortable. I agreed to come in for an appointment. Once arriving at the site to meet her, she was very polite and helpful. I am considering to be a full time patient with this group.
I have always had a wonderful experience with Cat. She is caring, empathetic, and overall an understanding nurse. She explains treatments and procedures very well so I know what to expect. She is excellent at her job!!
the staff is rude, long wait times although there is an empty waiting room. Dr. does not take time to listen, walks out before explaining next move or appointment request. They schedule weekly to bi-weekly visits for things that could be scheduled a month out. This practice is in it for the money. Refer to Yelp reviews.
I’m dealing with a complex low back issue that probably needs surgery. But I don’t want that & Docs Weil & Grasso are helping me avoid the knife. They are trying everything in their vast array of treatments & i’m Very hopeful. People working there couldn’t be more helpful & friendly.
