What a terrible experience. They charged my card when they shouldn’t have, they scheduled appointments without consulting me whatsoever, the service itself was of poor quality, their customer service is just awful. Don’t waste your money with them. They said they would spray the perimeter of my house and sprinkle my entire yard.. they’ll spray what’s easy to reach and sprinkle a single ring around your house. Don’t even try to call to fix anything because they won’t document anything you say or send. Buyers beware

I am incredibly disappointed in my services. I have not had any change in the pests and then in the last treatment they sprayed the poison all over my kids trampoline. I called wanting to cancel and found out that I can’t because there is a cancellation fee that the salesman did not inform us of. The only thing they offered was saying that the poison is safe for humans. No. No way is a bug repellent safe for my kid to have on or heaven forbid he puts his hands in his mouth and ingests it.
