Negative 5 stars. This company should be ashamed of themselves for praying on the elderly. My 76 yr old mother purchased their services based off the salesman. Services were never done per the agreement(never sprayed inside home). Called twice to cancel and left vm. No one returned call. Sent email. Was charged another $109 again. Finally spoke to a person and was told it was an annual service that was signed (on a cell phone outside in the sunlight). They canceled my service 3 times yet keep billing me so I called to cancel. Lady said they cannot cancel without me paying a penalty fee for the contract. How is there a contract in place if you don’t show up to do the service? When I asked to speak with someone else she said there are no managers and she’s the only person that works there which I’m sure was a lie.

Total scam. You will pay hundreds, be dissatisfied at every turn, pay hundreds more to make them go away and the only thing that doesn’t get bothered is the bugs. It’s like adding a pest problem instead of removing one.

I am very pleased with the service from NoMo. They are quick to respond to y requests and are very professional and information. Sam was my service tech today- he was very good. Megan answers my emails very quickly. Thank you

I would not requirement NOMO. I had service for 3 years with no problems. Then a scheduled service in May was canceled due to weather, after waiting all day for a no show, OK. They rescheduled for the first week in June which was a no show, another day wasted. They rescheduled for 3 days later. Yes you’re right a no show and a wasted day. Pleased with the service. I have called with questions about my account and they were reasonable with helping me get my questions answered. The guys they have sent to do the treatment are knowledgeable and friendly.

Stay away from this company! We have been customers of NOMO for almost a year and in that time, we have had services last less than 5 minutes as the technicians cut corners and try to move on as quickly as possible. The services are not effective as we still had pests. In addition, this company has a shady cancellation policy that was not explained to us whatsoever. We had a horrible experience with Nomo Pest Solutions. They came door-to-door soliciting here in Nephi Utah and my wife let them spray for $39 our house he later returned on the next visit one at $129 my wife let him spray and paid and asked and he not come back now we have received a collections letter saying that we have to pay $180 cancellation fee on a contract that my wife was not even aware that she signed for she had no copy of this contract we are called today and told that it is going to collections what kind of bus... read more
