I've been here more than once, the first experience was great. The second experience, however, was less than stellar. They closed an hour earlier than their website said so I called their listed phone number and waited on hold for about ten minutes before I got an answer from the call center. I explained that they had blocked off their drive thru lanes with cones a full hour early and she clicked around on her computer for about 5 minutes before she asked if she could call me back. While at the airport in LA, I was required to show my Covid test results. They told me I could not board my flight because my passport number wasn’t on the test result. I called Nomi Health where I had received my Covid test. The woman I spoke with said she would get my passport number on there right away and email me a new copy. I had the new copy within about 20 minutes and printed it off. The same woman from Nomi Health then called to verify that I got the email with the updated Covid test. Really fast service, didn’t have to wait in a line with my appointment. But they didn’t swap deep enough into my nose so I got a false negative on my test. I got the rapid test to know that day if I was positive since I was waiting for a test that would take 3-5 days to get back. With my Covid test coming back negative I went to work possibly exposing others to Covid.
