I had an appointment for Tuesday at 8 am. they called me Monday at noon and left a voicemail confirming and let me know they no longer accept my insurance. Even in that voicemail they said they understood if I needed to cancel. I called back to cancel and got disconnected. I kinda just blanked calling them back. Well they called me and left a scolding voicemail that they’re sending me a letter with their no show policy and a $85 fine. Terrible customer service. I get that it’s frustrating that I didn’t “show up”
