Help to find that awesome job! When I applied for a temporary job with Noll, I was amazed at their quickness. I was immediately called and asked to come in for an interview. They expained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going to happen and what was expected of me. They are an awesome company to work for!
Incompetent Recruiter When I was given my first assignment at Ameritrade through Noll to just open envelopes, I told the onsite recruiter that I may need to leave a few times to go to take a physical exam and written test for another major company that I was trying to get into for almost 2 years. Was told that as long as I leave a note on her desk, it would be ok. I left three times over a couple of weeks to finish all the tests and I worked a few weekends at Ameritrade to make up for it. Noll helped me enter the Omaha Job Market Noll is absolutely wonderful! I moved to Omaha from out of town and didn't have ANY business contacts out here, so getting a job was really tough! I was so greatful for Noll because really took the time to assess my strengths and look into my past job history to see what I would really excel at. Noll Human Resources Noll Human resources set their sights high for me- the only problem was that I was not qualified for the job they wanted me to do. This led to some frustration on my part because there was never that "perfect fit" in the jobs they sent me to. The people at Noll are very supportive and friendly - I would recommend them to any job seekers, just be firm in stating what you want to do as a career.
