Bob has been my mechanic for decades. Repairs included things like inspections, brake jobs and total engine & transmission replacements on GM and Honda products. I never have to come back complaining about something not done after picking up a vehicle. No surprises here. You will always know the situation because Bob will call before moving forward with the work you vehicle needs.😀
