The experience was not a good one for me. It was my fault that I didn't ask the cost ahead of time but 3 days later I feel my feet are not smooth. I certainly can't recommend this Salon.
Harry is absolutely the best.
We always have a wonderful experience at Noire! The staff is always friendly and professional. The pedicure rooms are dimly lit and create a relaxing environment.
