My regular pedi and regular fill in took forever. Then they charged $15 extra for gel on my nails AND $15 extra for gel on my toes. I understand for the toes, but I've never heard of charging extra for gel on your hands! I didn't get any design or anything but my total was $100. Absolutely ridiculous.
Great job on nails. Horrible customer service and up charge on basic services. They now charge a manicure charge for the service you’re already paying for and double charge you for tips and shaping. Absolutely ridiculous, be honest and up front about your pricing. When respectfully asked about it, they opted to lose a customer. Took 2.5 hrs with an appointment to do French dip.
THE best pedicures we have ever had in Jacksonville. The staff is so kind and professional and welcoming, it’s extremely clean, and they really focus on you. We will come back!
