It's been a long time since I was 100% satisfied in my nails. James was precise, and gentle. Never hurt me at all. He gave me exactly what I asked for. He took his time and was very detailed. Not only was this location close to my home, this place was also relaxing and clean. The customer service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, James serviced me immediately, granted I did get there when they first opened. I will definitely be back. My new nail salon. I received a gel manicure and he also fixed a a broken nail.
I typically enjoy my pedicures here but lately they have been hurting me. And the excuse is always that they are trying to remove ingrown nails (even though there are comments they’ve replied to that state they do not remove ingrown nails). I always stop them because I don’t want to get an infection but it is very frustrating. I probably won’t be back.
