Had a really nice experience at this Black-owned spot. The decor was definitely on point and the drinks were excellent. We didn’t have enough time to try the food this visit, but based on the atmosphere and service, we’ll definitely be back soon. Always good to support businesses doing it right. Humanity survives another day through good cocktails and intentional lighting.
Do not come to Noir the food was not good, the drinks were watered down, paid an entry fee to the lounge upstairs just for them to decide they were closing an hour early because it was only 7 of us in there. No announcement, last call or anything just stopped the dj and said thats it for the night time to go. We didnt even get to finish our hookah. Nothing was great about this experience, we came from out of town for my cousin birthday and we felt we were treated with very poor service.
I didn’t try any food but hookah and drinks were a good price. I did leave early because I didn’t like the music the DJ was playing at all. Not enough current songs being played and too many sound effects in the mixes. I love my city but too many Baltimore rappers being played too.
The lamb chops are my favorite here ! They have so much flavor & the servers are super nice & patient. The drinks are also super strong, my friend and I come here for Happy hour at least once a week
