****UPDATE**** I read the haunting reviews and agree with them 100%. I lived directly below daisy in 1301. My toddler son refused to sleep in his room because of ghost.(this is directly below the room daisy said she had to get out of. Since first moving to LA 9 years ago, I have looked at this property 3 times. They have recently upgraded the property significantly. The common areas such as the pool and gym have both been refurbished and are in top shape. My apt. has all new appliances and a Nest thermostat, which I value. The rents are competitively priced. Finally, the leasing staff, Lawson and Chelsea were very friendly and helpful. Lawson was great showing me the available apts.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I moved into NoHo14 in late May 2026. Within my first few weeks, I experienced three separate water-related incidents. First, my AC leaked and caused water damage. Then, around 5:00 a.m., a toilet in my unit continuously overflowed. Despite repeated emergency maintenance calls, it took hours for anyone to respond while water continued flooding the apartment.
