I had such a great experience with the staff at Noho 14 Lawson Stover stood out so much. He went far and beyond to help me find my perfect apartment and I’m excited to become a part of the community alongside the building manager D
Been living here for a little under a year now. And I haven’t had a good experience to say the least. They over charge for water/sewer/ garbage, $400 a month give or take. And on top of that they turn off the water like once a month because this buildings plumbing had to be put together by people who didn’t know what they were doing. First - Greystar Management Property that settled lawsuits with 8 states for price fixing using RealPage. Second - Constant building issues: * Elevator 3 broken for 2 years. Original repair finish date was Sept/Oct and still no fix (Feb) * Elevators 1 and 2 break during the summer - several days of outage in a 14 story building * Regular water shutoffs - could be once a week for a month, but at least once a month * Service Management don't fix issues - problems with AC unit, dryer, loud electrical humming. *2-Month Update* I encourage you to scroll down to the reviews of the tenant that didn’t JUST sign the lease. 2 months in and you’ll get a feel for it. When we first moved in, everything seemed great—the apartment itself is nice, and the leasing process was smooth. They also offer “concessions” that make the rent look more affordable at first.
