Great place to live! I enjoy the maintenance service provided. Jaime is professional, and friendly, making every interaction a pleasure. He takes the time to ensure the work is done right the first time.
I want to give a huge thank you to Roland for going above and beyond to make my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, Roland was attentive, proactive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. I also want to thank the amazing team — Eric, Jaime, and Sergio — for always being so attentive and helpful!
Whenever I need anything, Roland takes care of it right away. He’s so quick at solving problems, it feels like a piece of cake in this building. Watching him type, I thought he might break the keyboard. Few people can type that fast and stay on top of every task residents bring. Special thanks to Eric for keeping everything running as smoothly as possible.
While the living experience at NOHO14 is generally positive, and could be significantly enhanced by addressing a single issue . the prompt repair of the east elevator.
I can not recommend this building. I have been here for literally 2 weeks and have been stuck in the elevator. I had to climb 14 floors after a 15 hour day at work with my pack and gear. Only 1 of 3 elevators works in the building at anytime. The elevator for the rear of the the building has been down for approximately 3-5 months. It seems like the owner which is corporate owned “Greystar” doesn’t seem to care about its tenants safety or concerns.
