The management staff turnover is way too high. I have lived here for almost 4 years and there have been at least four different building managers and 6 or 7 different assistant managers. This makes it impossible to establish any kind of trusting relationship with on-site staff. They (on-site staff) try hard but they are constrained by this high turnover and the terrible management of Greystar and ownership of the building. Lawson took me on a tour of this very beautiful building! He truly values this apartment building and this area! I never considered moving to NoHo until my tour today. Lawson showed me how close to Burbank I am, which makes me happy because I spent plenty of time in Burbank. I want to stay close to the city of LA, but live in the valley and NoHo 14 checks many boxes on my list. Thank you for such an amazing your Lawson!

Been living here for a little under a year now. And I haven’t had a good experience to say the least. They over charge for water/sewer/ garbage, $400 a month give or take. And on top of that they turn off the water like once a month because this buildings plumbing had to be put together by people who didn’t know what they were doing. They give you short notice when they’re going to turn it off. Also the buildings hot and cold water seems to be crisscrossed somewhere because our unit is sometimes backwards.
