I've been so fortunate to have had Dr. Polack as our pediatrician since the birth of my eldest, now almost 20! As a mother, her presence has been a true blessing. She has expertly guided us through numerous health concerns, always providing care and clear explanations of our options. Dr. Polack is definitely a great doctor. I've taken my daughter to her for years. Unfortunately her current staff is clueless every time you call. They can't verify if the doctor takes certain insurance, or a scheduled appointment. Not to mention they sound irritated every time you call. Just left a message for them to relate to doctor I will be switching doctors. Horrible customer service.
I have never had the privilege of meeting Dr. Polack because her receptionist is extremely rude on the phone. And from what I've seen, this is not the first review to say that. I suggest they do something about this young lady who has an awful attitude. Customer service is a huge representation of a business.
She is absolutely the best Dr I have ever met! She takes her time with her patients and answers every and any questions you have as well as taking her time to explain things if you don't know something! I most definitely recommend her!
Excellent doctor very worried about the problems of the children, always attends to all the worries And answers all the questions, Unfortunately your receptionist is a person who does not help to solve any problem and is very little Courteous with the parents
Absolutely love Dr. Polack. We switched from another pediatrician in Hoboken who made us and our newborn feel like just a number. Dr. Polack takes the time to really care for our son and educate us as parents so that we can also make informed decisions for the care of our baby. I am so glad we found her!
