Best place in town for a haircut or color. Everyone is friendly. Is is great for family or the latest edgy looks. You gotta go.

Went for a wedding and the bride and maid of honor looked amazing....MOB and the 3 other bridesmaids had to redo their hair when we got home...mob hair fell as soon as a walked in the wind....but the bride looked amazing....guess that's all that mattered!!

I have been going o Noggins for about 7 years now. Angela cuts my hair. She is FANTASTIC!!! Never any complaints and she is great to talk to. Love this place and i recommend it to everyone looking for somewhere to go!
