1. Don't argue with the customer if they say the cut isn't right. How many times are you going to say "that isn't what she told me?" especially since she gave you a Picture to go by. 2. When the customer isn't happy with the cut don't call another stylist over to explain it will be hard to cut this style with your type of hair AFTER you tried to cut it and messed it up. 3. When you try to fix it don't cut it way shorter that the customer wanted to spite her. BAD EXPERIENCE. ABSOLUTELY NOT COMING BACK.
