During my visits with Dr. Pagan she was irascible and unprofessional. Someone needs to remind her of the hypocratic oath and the idea of first do no harm. I had knee x-rays that she did not go over with me and I still do not know the results. I dreaded going to see her because she dragged an issue I had in the past into the Dr./patient relationship.

Yesterday I went to Dr. Pagan & she gave me steroids for allergies. Knowing full well this isn't allergies but willing to try them, I asked what to do if I got worse. She said to call her for next steps. Today I added chills/sweats, zero appetite, and a nice crackly wheeze when I breathe so I called the doc. She's never in on Thursdays & left Zero patient notes on next steps so her colleagues can do nothing for me. Moral of the story: do your job, write your notes, & stay far away from Dr. Pagan

Dr. Pagan has been my primary care doctor since moving to Charleston over two years ago. She takes time to listen and genuinely cares about my well being. I would definitely recommend her!

Top notch doctor. Maybe not the most bubbly personality ever but I'd rather have excellent medical care than have a doctor that simply gives me the warm and fuzzies. I appreciate her respect for my time and I trust her judgement.

I called about a problem concerning my mother and my call back from Dr. Pagan was not what I expected. She was very disrespectful, curt and rude. There were several issues that I had concerning this patient and she left me in the dark and upset. I am extremely hurt and disappointed with the professionalism this Doctor. There was ABSOLUTELY no urgency.
