Dr. Pagan was fantastic. I've been a patient with her for the last 4 years, and she is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She's direct and to the point, but also has a great sense of humor. She's also very thorough and selects great specialists for referrals. She's no longer with RSF and I wish I knew where she went. I hope she'll pop up somewhere else in Charleston. RSF network has recently lost a lot of great doctors and it is starting to make me think that they might be the problem.
I have never experienced the type of treatment I received from Dr Naomi Pagan and her staff. Not only are they extremely rude and unprofessional, after nearly two years of care she was unable to help with my medical concerns. I switched practices and within two months had a care plan in place. Dr Pagan also clearly is not invested in her patients, her demeanor and attitude are far from pleasant.
I've been seeing Dr. Pagan since I moved to Charleston almost 3 years ago. She and the office staff have always treated me very well. Dr. Pagan always looks over my records carefully and is aware of all my medications and medical issues. Whether for a sick visit or annual physical, I always leave her office confident that I got good care. My only criticism would be of the phlebotomy at the office (which of course Dr. Pagan does not do). ZERO STAR RATING! I was very appalled and disappointed with the way Dr. Pagan treated my mother. My mother's doctor is retiring so she was trying to find a new practice and doctor to go to and decided on Dr. Pagan. She was very insensitive to my mothers needs and even prescribed her something that could have hurt her my mother was smart enough to stop taking the medication on her own BEFORE the doctor realized that she should not be taking it. My visit with Dr. Pagan was a very positive one and I felt very good after my visit with her! She is patient and listens to my concerns and makes me feel important. Waste of time $ and patient resources; told me she does not prescribe maintenance medications, rude and impractical, condescending when I requested treatment options- there is a reason she’s the only RSFPP DR with constant availability

Did not even get to be seen. Had an appointment for 8.30 am, had to be there by 8am. Got stuck in bad traffic just a few blocks away because of the bridge and a malfunctioning light. Called them at 8.15 to let them know, was told as long as I made it by 8.25 I should still be seen, otherwise might have to reschedule.
