I worked at NOELA over a year ago and I honestly must say that the practical knowledge I gained from this work environment have really helped me a lot in my present work place. I moved out of state and is the only reason I left. It’s a wonderful and friendly work space where their clients are priority at all times. It’s been a long while since I worked here but I can honestly say everyone was helpful and made sure everything was properly structured. I had to resign due my own personal issues at the time but working here taught me alot and I appreciate the experience.
I worked NOELA, Inc for other 2 years and left about a year ago. I now work for the State of GA. However, I recall that place like a nice work environment, very professional and caring for their clients as well as their employees . I would definitely, recommend this place to anyone who needs to entrust their beloved ones to the hands of professional caregivers. On the same token I would referred NOELA, Inc to any caregivers looking for a nice and professional workplace to start their career!!!
Please RUN from this place. The agency is so desperate they will hire ANYONE! If you want your loved one to be taken care of ..... this is not the place. I would not let them take care of my sick dog. Do not place your family member in their hands. I only stayed with this agency ONE week as I was afraid I might loose my license over their shady work ethics. They made treats against me to complete work never done or they would hold my check , which is what they did. They had me start taking care of a patient w/or any backgrou... read more
