Excellent care and follow up. I recommend Dr Noel and Crystal Clinic when ever I have the opportunity .
I only have a suggestion regarding check-in. The directions at the end of my time on the kiosk stated that I would be emailed something to fill out while waiting. I waited about 5 or more minutes and nothing came. I eventually went to the ladies at desks 1,2&3 to try to find out if I had goofed up. Turns out one of those ladies was about to call my name. Very impressed with Dr Noel’s knowledge of my shoulder issues. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions with compassion and the best way to go forward with the best results back to normalcy, with a little humor that was needed and appreciated.
Dr Noel and his staff at ccoc as well as the hospital are wonderful caring people, and his staff are fabulous and I will not go anywhere else for any orthopedic care. They are very knowledgeable and very current on all procedures along with exceptional care. Kevin Barbee
