Best Downtown Hotel – I stay at the Omni each time I'm in LA for business. I'm a "Select Guest" and the extra benefits this program offers are outstanding (priority check-in, late check-out, complimentary beverages and newspaper, turndown service). The staff even remembers me each time I come back and knows that I like extra pilows in my room! Great value too! Great location - close to Downtown business offices.
Best Hotel Downtown – I stayed here this past weekend for the USC/Cal game at less than $100 through hotwire, and it was absolutely perfect! Great location... you just have to know that downtown is NOT a party spot on the weekends. The room was large and comfortable, and the service here is excellent! Definitely worth its 4-star rating. Beware the $26 for valet per day... we parked on the lot on Olive between 1st and 2nd for $6 instead. VP Finance – Love this hotel, stay there a minimum of 25 times a year, great location, service and amenities. I walk to my office each day stop by their new restaurant & bar for drinks and listen to the great music. I have stayed in most of the hotels downtown and they are OK but the Omni is the best.

Fine. – Stayed here for a business trip and if my business meetings were not downtown, I would've definitely stayed in a different part of LA (downtown is DEAD). The hotel is nice enough: large, clean rooms, well-appointed baths, good number of conference and meeting rooms. The only complaints I have: (1) the temperature was WAY too cold in the conference rooms and hallways and (2) service by the catering group was spotty at best buring our catered meals.
