AWESOME clinic! Highly Recommend! I just wanted to put in my opinions of Noble Vets. I have worked at vet clinics, dog schools and volunteered for shelters. I've had animals all my life, and therefore been to TONS of vets. This is THE ONLY clinic I trust with my pets now! Definitely Not Recommended by me I would Never take a pet here again. The way I heard it Doc Noble was noted to be one of the better Vets in town. Well since he passed away it appears things have changed and for the worse. I took my little pupster there because of skin problems and his being very itchy. Yes they took him back to be weighed and would not let me go with him - well while visiting and consulting with the Vet I also learned they had taken my dogs blood too. Payment refused. by law can bill be null and void I have been making monthly payments. Got behind on one but caught up by sending payment. The vet called and said they could not accept my payment because they sent to collection agency. Is there any law if a company does not accept payment the bill would be null and void. I had no written notice they were putting me in collections. It is not like I was not making payments. Someone please help....PAYMENT REFUSED TURNED OVER TO COLLECTIONS??????????????
not very impressed I was not very impressed with how my dog was approached at this clinic. It was the default clinic my dog was taken to for her spay before I received her from the shelter. The vet techs had long hair and made abrupt movements and scared my puppy, then wondered why she would only bark at him. The vet barely touched her when he came in and made a quick diagnosis without even trying to get to know my puppy or me. Not impressed. No thanks.
Experienced I have been to several Veterinary Offices. Noble Vet is by far my favorite. I love the staff and Dr. Singer and Dr. Robertson are excellent. It is a very busy office, but that is because the Veterinarians are so good! Most of my visits are with Dr. Singer. He is always very thorough, cares very much for my animals and answers all of my questions. Because of the way the staff treats me and Dr. Singer listens to me, I know I feel special when I go in. avoid this clinic I have an appointment for blood testing for my dog. However, they require a physical exam in order to have a blood test. After having the physical exam (I'm not even sure if the vet had done it?? since he won't allow me to stay with my dog for the exam), the vet didn't told me what is the result of the exam. I asked the assistance (Cheryl) the following day, she sounds like anoying when I ask her. She look at the chart, and said one word " healthy". NOT ANIMAL FRIENDLY!! NO PEOPLE SKILLS!!! If there was a way to give this place half a star I would! I called this vet after trying all morning different vets to help my dog that was in labor the night before and was having trouble. They quoted me $800 on the phone and when I arrived with the dog the assistant had paperwork indicating 1400-2000 dollars! The clinics name says it all. Dr. Singer is an animal lover and it shows. He is a very experienced Doctor who knows when to apply a treatment and when not to. The Dr. Singer saved our young dogs life and we will always be grateful and return to him. Highly recommended because his heart in in the right place he is fair and reasonable with everything else.
