Excellent Vegan restaurant! My favorite so far. Service was good too. Server explained anything that I asked him and seemed appreciative for us coming into the restaurant.
I LOVE THEIR FOOD! My favorite is the fried egg roll and of course pho'! It's so darn good!! Toni is nice and attentive. He's sometimes a joker. Visit when you can.

This restaurant has absolutely delicious vegan Chinese food. It's always very tasty and fresh. Also the staff is courteous and professional. We love eating here.
We eat out quite a bit and rate most meals "average", but the food at Noble Vegetarian was outstanding. We will definitely go back and work our way through the menu which was affordable with many gluten-free options. We ordered longevity rolls, gluten-free curry fried rice, gluten-free curry lemongrass, and spicy ChaCha - all were excellent.
Simply the best vegan restaurant in Sacramento/Roseville area ! The taste of the food here is awesome. I have been here numerous times, and every time we have our taste buds completely satisfied. I love, love their vegekens. Never tasted anything like it anywhere. My wife's favorite is the Ruby Pearls. My daughter loves their Roses on the Grill Rolls and my son the Royal noodle soup.
