Applied for a house in San Marcos. "Noble Smith" asked for security deposit of $1900 (full months payment for down payment). Said he would give us the lease the following week. Almost 2 weeks went by and never gave us the lease. Said he was "out of the office" or "out of the country. I'll get you lease to you when I get back!" And never gave us anything. He stopped responding to us. We never signed a lease. He hasn't given us our deposit back, and hasn't kept in touch. Do not use Noble Smith Realty

Mr. Smith has been managing my property in San Marcos, TX since 2011. When I made the decision to move it was in the peak of the leasing season and I was behind the eight ball so to speak, as far as getting my house leased out. Mr. Smith was able to get tenants signed within a month. After the initial lease he's been able to increase rent with each new lease. I'm giving one star only because I cannot give 0 stars. Smith and Noble requires full payment at the time the order is placed. Everything was fine until after I paid and had no recourse. I paid $3,000 for 5 shades expecting quality that I did not receive. The measurements on one window was wrong two times. It took three tries to finally get all my shades.
