We had some significant damage to our roof caused by a raccoon trying to pry off all of the air vents while looking for a warm place to live and raise a family. A friend recommended Noble Roofing. We placed a call and we just can’t say enough about the extremely professional response that we got. We had a very prompt response and someone was at our home assessing the damage within 24 hours. I had high expectations based on their initial promises, but this roofing contractor failed in every aspect. The materials used seem cheap, and the installation was rushed. I noticed several issues shortly after completion, including loose shingles and poor sealing. When I contacted them, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It feels like they only care about getting paid and not about delivering quality work. This has been a very frustrating experience.
